You are right, it's possible to make inclusion in education, but it's not the priority of successive governments; few years ago, my wife and me had worked in social, and we have known funding that was falling constantly.
In 2005, the Public School opened its doors to children with disabilities, but professional skills of social workers didn't follow the children: educator, monitor educator, social animator, physiotherapist, psychologist... are real jobs, but too expensive; and law of february 11, 2005 didn't really promote equal opportunities when she deleted these jobs.
Now, ULIS class don't have the same means as institutes before 2005 ...
